Small country, big leaderboard

By population Romania is a mid-sized European country, but on HackerDNA it consistently lands in the upper half of the top-25 by ranked-user count. Specialise in one category before diversifying - reversing has the highest XP-per-hour for experienced players, but web is the fastest on-ramp.
