Violations of this AUP are subject to a progressive enforcement scale:
HackerDNA determines the severity of any violation at its sole discretion. Decisions may be appealed by contacting [email protected].
Indirect violations or violations committed through third parties are treated as direct violations.
Enforcement actions will be fair and proportionate, taking into account the nature of the violation, the impact on the Services and other users, and the user's history.
HackerDNA may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If any provision of this AUP is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
